Reminder: insure your package when sending to us, as we are not responsible if anything were to happen to your package before it arrives at our facility
- The return of new/unused instruments in their original packaging is accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Sontec must be notified within 10 days of receipt that instruments will be returned.
- All instruments returned must be accompanied by a RMA form (RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION) issued by Sontec.
- Without an RMA, proper credit is not guaranteed.
- Without a comparable replacement order or exchange, a restock fee will apply.
- Credit will not be issued for shipping charges, handling fees, used, autoclaved, or damaged instruments.
- In order to receive your RMA form via email, please provide the required information from your invoice below.
- Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your RMA.
